Hui Waa O` Puget Sound- Mission Statement

We are dedicated to perpetuating native Hawaiian culture in the Pacific Northwest. We are a family-oriented organization involving children and adults from all backgrounds. As a club, we not only participate in the sport of outrigger canoe racing, but we also participate in hula and Tahitian dance, Hawaiian language classes, native Hawaiian history and ukulele lessons. We teach our paddlers water safety and the different techniques of paddling.
