Men's - Monday and Thursday's 5:30pm-7:30pm (approx ending time)

Womens's- Tuesday and Thursday's 5:30-7:30 pm (approx ending time)

Keiki's practice(kids) Monday's and Tuesday 5:00pm

Saturday  10:00- 11:30am (approx ending time)

Practice is at Silver Lake on the S.E. side, off 128th Street in South Everett. Hauge Homestead Park
